Several children and their parents were protesting in front of College Hills Mall Thursday urging Target to stop selling products that contain PVC, or vinyl. The group was holding signs that say "Target rocks, but PVC stinks". The group says vinyl releases toxic chemicals that cause health and environmental problems. In a response from Target, they say the company's position on PVC is misrepresented and are working to reduce the plastic.
